So many people try the exact methods that someone else used to lose weight and those weight loss methods don't work for them. My answer to "How can I lose weight?" is that you need to find what works for you. Just because your friend eats 1500 calories a day and exercises more doesn't mean that you will lose weight doing the same things. I've put together a few points on finding your own answers to the burning question of How Can I Lose Weight? How to Answer the question How Can I Lose Weight?1. Do your research. Read, read, read and plan, plan, plan. Plan everything that you want to accomplish such as grocery lists, exercise schedules, new recipes, a plan for celebration days....you get the picture. The more detailed you are with your plan, the easier it will be to stick to it. 2. Don't be afraid to change your plan. Your first weight loss plan may not work for you so don't be afraid to change your plan if necessary. Trial and error is one of the best ways to find out what works for you. Just do me a favor and never skip breakfast. Breakfast gets your metabolism going and can really jump start your weight loss. 3. Don't change your plan too much. It's good to try new plans, but make sure you give each one ample time to see whether or not you will actually lose weight with it. I would re-evaluate my weight loss plan about every month. Smile!
