Weight Loss Tip #9: Support for Weight Loss

Besides yourself, you need at least one other person for proper weight loss support.  For me, my husband provides a steady stream of support and encouragement, and my personal trainer lights a fire under me to really get me moving.  Whoever you choose, make sure it’s someone who will be honest with you and who you will be honest with also.

A good weight loss support group will keep you going when you get off track a little, and good support will help during those times when you go backwards with your plan.  Find someone or more than one person, and check in with them often about your progress.  It will make a big difference in your weight loss success.
